This module is based on the TCS3200 ( TCS 3200 ) chip, an upgraded version of the TCS230 ( TCS 230 ), which is a programmable color light to frequency converter, making it ideal for adding color sensing capabilities to your new project. The TCS3200 color sensor can detect a wide variety of colors based on their wavelength. This sensor is especially useful for color recognition projects such as color matching, color sorting, test strip reading, and much more.
